Kevin Decker, CDP is President of Return On Relationships, LLC. He is a best selling author, award winning speaker and host of "Inside Romance Success," an internet based radio show on the Inside Success Radio network.
Kevin is a relationship coach specializing in issues with dating, engagement, and marriage as well as the interaction and performance of teams. Kevin and his wife developed the "Healthy, Wealthy and Hot" marriage program. He is trained to teach the "Divorce Busting" and "Keeping Love Alive" programs by Michelle Weiner Davis, the "How Not to Marry a Jerk (or Jerkette)" and "Marriage Links" programs by Dr. John Van Epp, and the "Hot Monogamy" program by Dr. Pat Love.
Kevin is a member of The Coalition for Marriage, Family and Couples Education and the Association of Marriage and Family Ministries.
Kevin previously worked more than 25 years in the technology arena in a variety of venues. He's worked for big business (Fannie Mae), local government (Fairfax County Public Schools), small consulting firms (ERC), and the military (U.S. Navy). His jobs ran across the technology gamut from Keypuncher to Manager of Software Testing Best Practices. Along with his technology and management duties Kevin taught teambuilding and facilitated Diversity training classes. His first of many websites, Inspirationpoint.com, dates back to 1997.
